It sure feels good to be able to attend Jason's wedding last Sunday. A couple of my good friends tied their knots and wedding bells have been ringing since the beginning of the year. ^_^
Our dear friend definitely slimmed down a lot and looked good in his suit. His bride is gorgeous and they are a cute pair together.
Once again, I get to meet up with my dearies again - fun and lovable friends whom I missed so much!

~ F&J Wedding Lunch ~
I really enjoy attending wedding lunches or dinners with a bunch of good friends. Apart from sending our best wishes to the newly weds, it is also a get-together session where we exchange on what's happening lately and having fun drinking and cracking jokes.
These great colleagues and friends whom I was fortunate to meet during my previous workplace are truly my 'beloved' and always will! ^_^ I tend to act a bit crazy when I am with this bunch of cool friends. The good old days that we shared and keeping in touch with each other. Therefore, it's heartwarming to witness F&J's wedding this afternoon with all of them.
Congratulations and Wishing F&J a very Blissful Marriage!

~ N&L Church Wedding ~
Earlier this morning, I attended a good friend's wedding. I have been to a couple of wedding ceremonies before but this is my first time witnessing it in a church. Guests arrived on time and the ceremony started at 9 plus.
Solemn yet blissful moments were captured. Happiness and Love can been seen on the bride and bridegroom's faces as families and friends gathered together.
Congratulations and Wishing N&L a very Blissful Marriage!

~ Wedding Dinner @ Imperial Court Shark's Fin Restaurant ~
Just came back from a sumptuous wedding dinner at Imperial Court Shark's Fin Restaurant. We arrived early at the Grassroots' Club which is very near Hubby's office. Of course our good friend, "Ah Bao" looked smart and excited. :) Congratulations to him and really happy and glad that another friend has settled down. ^_^
ROM session start at around 8plus and I thought we probably can't stay long enough since we got to rush back to pick the kids. On the contrary, the service is extremely efficient with the waitress serving the dishes quickly.
The quality and taste of the food is pretty good. Instead of the usual Shark fin soup, there is Buddha jump over the wall and you can see a full abalone in it. Inside the deep fried yam paste ball there is a scallop inside with a basket of scallop, vegetables on top of it.
I'm not a fan of eating duck meat but the "pi pa" duck's skin is crispy and sweet. Red Grouper on the other hand is average and didn't give me too much surprise.
I love the prawn balls.. crispy and sweet on the outside, meaty big prawns within. YUMMY! The fried rice is delicious and fragrant as well. The finale for every traditional Teochew wedding dinner is their desserts! YAM PASTE with ginko nuts! It's sweet but I would love it even more if it is not so watery. :)
Hubby and I enjoyed the dinner and probably may want to come back and dine again. :)

~ Brother Owen's ROM ~
It's Brother Owen Big Day! :D So exciting and extremely happy that he finally settling down.. I like his new place too. It is very cosy and convenient to visit him :p
I took the afternoon off from work and dressed up to get ready to attend the ROM. We also bought Gladys a new pink dress so that she can take pretty photos with them.. Denver was also in his nice shirt and pants.
As we were still early, we went to Funan for a little walk.. but end up slightly late to reach the ROM as it took us some time to drive out from the carpark. :( Luckily we are still on time to take some photos.. Phew!
Big brother is the cameraman for today while eldest sister-in-law helped to take the video. We all headed into the room shortly for the solemnization. :) I tried to take video from my camera too.. but Owen gave me a scare when he dropped the ring.. hahaha.. I guess he was too excited?
After the solemnization, we also took a couple of photos outside. :) Pretty Bride and Handsome Groom. :D Owen even carried Huijie up .. and they look so happy and lovely together..
The newly-wed went to CHIMES for another round of photoshoot while we took my parents to Suntec City for a rest.. Dinner only starting about 2 hours later and so we had desserts at the basement foodcourt first. Gladys was also tired and she fell had a short nap.. I managed to grab some rest too. :)
Owen has arranged Dinner for the families at Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant (located on the second level within the Carlton hotel). I really enjoyed the food and it was really nice. I hope everyone was happy. :) It was a tiring day.. After sending my parents back home and putting the children to bed, I had another round of night meeting at 10pm.. Yawn.. I am very tired but happy... Looking forward to celebrating Christmas and Chinese New Year. :D
Finally.. Wishing Brother and HJ a Very Happy and Blissful Marriage.
